摘　　要：本文在综述医院发展战略类型基础上,分析了医院发展战略方面存在的管理者战略意识、战略缺乏科学性、医院战略缺乏内涵、医院战略宣传力度不够等问题,提出了医院在发展战略上应提出强化管理者战略意识、提高战略的科学性、丰富医院战略的内涵、加大医院战略宣传力度等措施。Based on the summation of various types of hospital development strategies , the article first ana-lyzes the current problems that include weak conscious management , unscientific, superficial meaning and propa-ganda on hospital development strategies , and then determines the countermeasures like enhancing manager con-scious, being scientific, enriching the meaning and increasing propagation power on the future strategic develop -ment of hospitals.
