摘 要:采用永磁体预偏磁可抵消电感器的直流偏磁,但其量化分析和优化设计却较为困难。为解决该问题,对永磁预偏磁电感器进行了深入分析,阐明了两闭合有向磁路相交时诸磁通的相互影响,提出适当地缩短电磁磁通和永磁磁通同方向的公共支路长度来减小电感器体积的设计方案,采用了可视化算法进行优化设计,仿真和实验表明,达到了预偏磁电感器、气隙电感器和无气隙电感器的功率密度比为3:1.5:1的实际效果。Using pre-biased permanent magnet to counteract the DC bias produced by inductor winding current becomes a research tendency. However, it encounters the difficulty of quantitative analysis and optimization design. In order to solve the problems, in-depth analysis of inductor with pre-biased permanent magnet is presented. This paper illustrates the fluxes interplay existing in two closed magnetic circuits with direction, and proposes the measure that appropriate shorten the common flux branch of electromagnet/permanent magnet with the same direction could minimize the inductor volume, and adopts the visualization algorithm to optimize the design. Simulation and experiment results show that the volume of the inductor is reduced, and the power density ratio of pre-bias inductor, air-gap inductor and inductor without air-gap reaches 3:1.5:1.
