摘 要:[目的]进一步研究香椿树皮活性成分与宁南霉素对烟草花叶病毒的复配增效作用。[方法]以烟草花叶病毒(TMV)为供试病毒,采用活性跟踪法对香椿树皮活性物质进行初步分离,通过半叶枯斑法测定香椿树皮活性成分与宁南霉素的复配剂对烟草花叶病毒抑制活性。[结果]香椿的乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物对TMV均表现较好的抑制活性,并对其继续进行分离,并通过对TMV抑制活性筛选,将高活性组分与宁南霉素复配,发现组分Fr1及组分Fr13分别与宁南霉素的复配比为1∶1时,增效作用最佳;组分Fr11与宁南霉素的配比为1∶2时,增效作用最佳,优于单剂。[Aims] The aim of this reseach isto study the synergistic activity of the mixture of the antiviral substances from the bark of Toona sinensis and ningnanmycin on tobacoo mosaic virus (TMV) disease. [Methods] Antiviral substances were extracted and preliminary isolated by using bioassay-guided fractionation, and the inhibition effect of the mixture of the antiviral substances from the bark of T. sinensis and ningnanmycin on tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was determined by using half leaf method. [Results] The results showed that ethyl acetate and butanol extracts from T. sinensis were found to show high inhibitory activities, and then isolated on column chromatography. Three active fractions (Frl, Frl 1 and Frl3) were mixed with ningnanmycin respectively, the bioassay showed that the mixtures had some synergism, and proportion of mixtures were about 1 : 1 (Frl or Frl3 : ningnanmycin = 1 : 1, m/m) and 1 : 2 (Frll : ningnanmycin= 1 : 2, m/m), which exhibited higher activity than the single agent.
