摘　　要：通过对相关文献的归纳提炼,按照时间顺序探讨了企业知识观演进的4个典型阶段,包括追求组织绩效的行为知识观,注重竞争态势的战略知识观,运用信息技术的系统知识观,强调推陈出新的知识创造观。由此提出我国企业应构建动态的知识观来推动自身发展和增加对社会的贡献,学界则通过结合实际的理论研究促进企业知识观创新进展。Based on the summarization and refining of the relevant literatures, the paper discusses the 4 typical phases of en- terprise knowledge perspective evolution according to the time order, including the behavioral knowledge perspective of pursuing or- ganizational performance, strategic knowledge perspective of focusing on competitive situation, systematic knowledge perspective of utilizing information technology, and knowledge creation perspective of bringing forth the new through the old. Then the paper points out that the enterprise in China should construct the dynamic knowledge perspective to promote its own development and in- crease its contribution to the society, and the educational circles promote the development of enterprise knowledge perspective inno- vation through theoretical study which combines with practice.
