摘　　要：文章分析了企业隐性知识共享能力的内涵和构成要素,构建了企业隐性知识共享能力的概念模型,建立了评价企业隐性知识共享能力的指标体系,并利用AHP模糊综合评价法构建了企业隐性知识共享能力的综合评价模型。This paper analyzes the connotation and constituent elements of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing ability, con- structs the concept model of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing ability, establishes the evaluation index system of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing ability, and builds the comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing ability by using APH fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
