摘　　要：新型网络环境下,关注用户信息行为、创新信息服务模式是图书馆可持续发展的关键。文章基于社会网络的视角,分析高校图书馆的用户信息行为特点,构建高校图书馆用户信息行为模型,并以华南农业大学图书馆为调查对象提出利用社会网络工具改进图书馆资源利用和信息服务的对策建议。In the new network environment, paying attention to users＇ information behavior and innovating information service model are important for the sustainable development of libraries. Based on the perspective of social network, this article analyzed the characteristics of library users＇ behavior, and built the model of users＇ information behavior in the university libraries. Besides, taking the Library of South China Agricultural University as an example, the author proposed several suggestions to improve the utilization of library resources and information services by using the social network tools.
