摘 要:目的分析彩色多普勒对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效。方法随机选取我院乳腺癌患者180例,采取新辅助化疗疗法,利用彩色多普勒观察新辅助化疗前后原发灶、血流分布、动力学参数及二维超声等多项指标,并评价临床疗效。结果 180例患者新辅助化疗前原发病灶平均体积12.85±4.26cm3,化疗后原发病灶平均体积4.18±1.52cm3,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新辅助化疗后,血流分级类型有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒能客观评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore Color Doppler Ultrasonography in evaluating effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy to breast carcinoma. Methods 180 cases of patients recurrently diagnosed with breast carcinoma were randomly selected. The primary tumors and node metastases of 180 patients with breast cancer were evaluated by color Doppler and ultrasonic energy before and after chemotherapy. Result The mean volume of the tumors were 12.85±4.26cm3 and 4.18 ±1.52cm3 before and after chemotherapy(P 〈0.05), with significant difference. There were significant differences in the blood mode and RI value of the breast tumors between before and after chemotherapy(P 〈0.05), with significant difference. Conclusion It is useful to appraise the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy to breast carcinoma by Color Doppler Uhtrasonography.
