摘　　要：伴随着移动互联网技术、移动通信技术、多媒体技术和计算机网络技术的飞速发展和手持移动智能终端设备的普及,基于新兴教育教学模式的移动教学,实现在任意时间任意地点下的网络教育教学活动逐渐成为的新时代教育技术的新宠,终将引领未来教育信息化技术的发展和水平的提高。本文重点阐述了实现移动教学的移动流媒体关键技术和特点及其在移动教学系统中的应用研究。Along with the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile communication technology, multimedia technology and computer network technology and the popularity of handheld mobile intelligent terminal equipment, mobile teaching based on the emerging education and teaching mode, realizes online teaching activities in anytime at anywhere which gradually become the new darling in the new era of educational technology, and will eventually lead the future development and raise the level of education of information technology. This article focuses on key technologies and features of mobile streaming media and their application in mobile teaching system.
