摘　　要：研究了在酸性介质中痕量钒 (Ⅴ )催化KIO3 氧化变色酸及抗坏血酸体系的反应和动力学条件 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒 (Ⅴ )的新方法.该方法的检出限为0.04μg/L ,线性范围为0～0.5mg/L ,该方法用于水样及人发中痕量钒(Ⅴ)的测定 ,结果令人满意.A new catalytic spectrophotometric method was proposed for determining trace vanadium based on the catalytic effect of V(Ⅴ)on the oxidation of chromotropic acid and ascorbic by potassium iodate in HCl-KCl buffer solution. The optimum conditions for determination of V(Ⅴ) were established. The limit of detection is 0.04 μg/L ofV(Ⅴ). The linear range is 0～0.5 mg/L of V(Ⅴ). The method has been applied to determining trace V(Ⅴ) in water and human hair with satisfactory results.
