摘 要:为有效评估导引头伺服机构的运行状态,将多小波变换引入导引头伺服机构的动态信号降噪与潜在缺陷识别中。首先介绍多小波定义及其性质、离散多小波变换和多小波前处理等基础知识。其次采用SA4多小波对伺服机构振动信号进行降噪处理与特征提取,结合提纯轴向轨迹有效识别伺服机构俯仰通道的结构对中不良缺陷。试验分析结果显示了多小波变换在动态信号降噪与结构潜在缺陷识别中的可行性和优越性。To effectively evaluate the running performance of seeker servo mechanism, multiwavelet transforms are introduced into signal denoising and underlying defect identification of seeker servo mechanism. The basic information including the definition and properties of multiwavelets, discrete multiwavelet transforms and the preprocessing is firstly introduced. Then, SA4 multiwavelet are used to denoise and analyze the vibration signals of servo mechanism. Combined multiwavelets with the purified orbit diagram of shaft centre, the misalignment defect of pitch channel of servo mechanism is effectively identified. The analysis results show the feasibility and superiority of multiwavelet transforms in application for signal denoising and mechanism defect identification.
