摘  要:"责任自愿评估框架"是美国第一个服务于社区学院,并由社区学院自愿实施的全国性责任评估计划,其是由"美国社区学院协会"领导,与"社区学院受托人协会"和"大学管理委员会宣传和政策中心"合作,三方共同开发的。目前,该框架进入全面实施阶段。VFA的组织与管理遵循AACC、ACCT和CBAPC的章程及相关制度。该计划坚信,教育是每个社会成员发挥其潜能的必要条件,适合每个人的高等教育可以使每个人从中受益。计划的使命是促进社区学院发展,建设学习型国家。The Voluntary Framework of Accountability is a nationally funded project designed to develop a set of appropri- ate measures to determine how well community colleges are serving students. The VFA is developed together by AACC, ACCT and CBAPC, and it was entered into the stage of comprehensive implementation. The organization and management of VFA follows the regulations and relative systems of AACC, ACCT and CBAPC. The project believes that education is essential for realizing the fullest potential of each member of society and that appropriate higher education should be available to all who can benefit from it. Its mission is to build a learning nation by advancing America's Community Colleges.
