宫颈癌组织中CDK6的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理各因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化的实验方法检测30例宫颈癌、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变及30例正常宫颈组织中细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6的表达情况。结果细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6表达水平随着宫颈病变的进展,其阳性表达率逐渐升高,在宫颈癌组织中,细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6的表达与组织学分化、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。结论细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6在宫颈癌发生发展中起重要作用,且与宫颈癌的侵袭有关,可能作为宫颈癌的一个预后指标。[Objective ] To determine expression of cyclin-dependent kinases 6 （CDK6） in human cervical malig- nant tumor and their relationships with clinicopathology. [ Methods ] The expression of CDK6 in tissue of 30 cases of cervical malignant tumor, 30 cases of CIN and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue were detected by using im- munohistochemical method. [Result] The expression level of CDK6 in cervical malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in CIN and normal cervical tissue. The expression of CDK6 in cervical malignant tumor was relat- ed to histological, clinical staging and Lymph node metastasis. [ Conclusion ] The CDK6 plays an important role in happening and development of cervical malignant tumor and is associated with the invasion of cervical cancer. It may be as a prognostic indicator of cervical cancer.
