两种树脂在早期乳牙邻面龋的无创治疗中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用渗透树脂材料进行乳牙邻面早期龋修复的临床应用价值。方法选择2010年9月~2012年9月于该科门诊诊断为乳牙邻面早期龋的患儿共95例,患牙158颗,根据所用材料不同将患牙随机分为A组和B组。其中A组患牙采用渗透树脂进行治疗,B组患牙采用流动树脂进行治疗。对本资料中所有患儿均随访至少一年,评价两组患牙的治疗效果,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果 A组采用渗透树脂修复乳牙邻面早期龋的患牙治疗后1例发生继发龋,余牙治疗成功,治疗成功率98.73%;B组采用流动树脂修复后17例发生继发龋,6例脱落,余牙治疗成功,治疗成功率70.89%。经检验,A组治疗成功率明显高于B组（χ2=23.779,P〈0.05）。结论采用渗透树脂材料治疗乳牙邻面早期龋的效果确切,能有效控制龋病的进一步发展,修复后美观效果较好,治疗过程中无需磨除正常的牙体组织,所造成的痛苦较小,患儿易于接受。该技术可作为乳牙邻面早期龋的首选方案进行临床推广。[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical value of penetration resin materials applied in early stage de- ciduous caries. [Methods] 95 cases of children diagnosed as early stage deciduous caries in our outpatient from September 2010 to 2012 were selected and 158 teeth were included. The teeth were divided into A group and B group by different materials. Penetration resin were applied in A group while flowable resin in B group. All the chil- dren were followed up more than one year, and the effects were evaluated and analyzed. [ Results ] 1 case of sec- ondary caries was found in A group, and the rest were successfully treated, the treatment success rate was 98.73%. 17 cases of secondary caries and 6 shedding cases were found in B group, and the rest were successfully treated, the treatment success rate was 70.89%. The rate in A group was higher than that in B group （X2=23.779, P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Penetration resin applied in early stage deciduous caries has an exact therapeutic effect, and further development of the caries could be controlled, aesthetic effect was good, normal tooth structure was not need to be worn out, suffering was lees, and was easily accepted by children. This technology could be selected as preferred so- lution for early stage deciduous caries.
