伴发代谢综合征的精神分裂症患者认知功能及事件相关电位P300研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征的认知功能状况及事件相关电位P300特征。方法选择符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第3版（CCMD-3）精神分裂症诊断标准的患者（18~65岁）90例,其中伴发代谢综合征（MS）的患者45例（MS组）,无代谢综合征患者45例（无MS组）,予事件相关电位P300（P300）和蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MOCA）评价认知功能。结果 MS组PZ点N1,CZ、PZ点P2及FZ、CZ、PZ、OZ点N2、P3潜伏期较无MS组延长（P〈0.05或0.01）;MS组各点N2、P3波幅较无MS组降低（P〈0.05或0.01）;MS组MOCA量表的注意、抽象思维、记忆延迟因子分及总分低于无MS组（P〈0.05或0.01）。结论伴有代谢综合征精神分裂症患者的认知功能损害更严重。[Objective] To investigate characteristics of cognitive function in schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome with event-related potential P300. [Methods] 90 patients met with CCMD-3 for Schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome criteria were recruited as research group. They were divided into metabolic syn- drome group （MS group）（n =45） and not metabolic syndrome group （NMS group）（n =45）. Cognitive function was eval- uated with P300 and MOCA. A comparison was made between MS group and NMS group. [ Results ] P300 latencies of PZ site N1 and CZ, PZ site P2 and FZ, CZ, PZ, OZ site N2, P3 prolonged in MS group compared with NMS group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）; P300 amplitudes of FZ, CZ, PZ, OZ site N2, P3 shortened in MS group compared with NMS group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Total score, attention score, abstract thinking score and delay memol3~ score of MOCA were markedly lower in MS group compared with NMS group（P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusions ] The schizophrenia disorders with metabolic syndrome may have more obvious cognitive deficits.
