摘　　要：提出了在林业信息资料的抽样调查中、最优样本轮换率的问题。根据抽样理论构造均值的加权估计量，应用解条件极值的数学方法．确定最优样本轮换率就是样本的老化系数。并分析了几种具体情况。The question of the best rate of the sample book's rotation in the sampling survey of forestry information material is arisen. According to the weighted estimate of structural average value of sampling theory. the mathematical method of solving condition's extreme value is applied to definite the best rate of sample book's rotation. that is the aging coefficient of the sample book. and several concrete conditions are analyzed.
