摘　　要：本文回顾国内外产前抑郁症的发病情况，从人口统计学和社会经济因素、社会支持、生活压力、心理和精神因素、生物学因素等5个方面总结了产前抑郁症的危险因素及研究进展。This article has reviewed the incidence of prenatal depression at home and aboard, and summarized the risk factors and research progress of prenatal depression from 5 aspects of demography and socio-economic factors, social support, life stress, psychological and mental factors, biologi-cal factors.
