综合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫的影响分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨综合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果。方法：100例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分观察组和对照组各50例，观察组采用综合康复训练，对照组采用常规康复训练，8周后比较两组运动功能评分和改良巴氏指数评分。结果：治疗后观察组运动功能评分和改良巴氏指数评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：综合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者效果良好，具有一定的应用价值。Objective： To investigate the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training on stroke hemiplegia. Methods： 100 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases, observation group was treated with comprehen- sive rehabilitation training, control group with routine rehabilitation training, the motor function score and modified Barthel index between two groups were compared after 8 weeks. Results： Motor function score and modified Barthel index of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training on patients with stroke hemiplegia are good, with certain application value.
