摘　　要：目的 对偏执型精神分裂症患者精神分裂症断裂基因1（DISC1）单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）进行研究.方法 选我院自2010～2012年间收治的偏执型精神分裂症患者100例,作为观察组.同时,选自同期我院体检结果显示为健康的正常人共100例,作为对照组.对其DISC1中2个功能单核苷酸多态体位点使用基因分型芯片进行分型,探究患者疾病与多态性之间的联系.结果 两组精神指数对比具有显著差异性,两者具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论精神分裂症和DISC1基因多态性之间存在密切联系,同时也是易感基因之一.Objective To investigate the schizophrenia gene 1 （ DISC1 ） single nucleotide polymorphisms of paranoid schizophrenia patients. Methods 100 cases of paranoid schizophrenia patients in the hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected and set as the observation group ; 100 cases normal healthy examined in the hospital at the same time were selected and set as the control group. The genotyping chips were used to type the 2 function single nucleotide polymorphisms position points, in order to investigate the relationship between the disease and polymorphism. Results For the mental index comparison of the two groups, there were significant differences, with the statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There is close relationship between the schizophrenia and DISC1 gene polymorphisms, and is one of the susceptibility genes.
