蒙脱石散配合胃镜治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：观察蒙脱石散配合胃镜治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法选取2010年6月～2013年6月收治的胃溃疡出血患者98例，根据随机的原则将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用胃镜下的电凝止血治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用蒙脱石散喷洒治疗，比较两组的止血时间、输血量、住院时间以及治疗转归等情况。结果相对于对照组，观察组止血时间短，输血量少，住院时间短，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论蒙脱石散喷洒配合胃镜治疗胃溃疡出血具有很好的临床效果，止血时间短，明显减少了患者输血量和住院时间。Objective To Observe the clinical efficacy of smecta combining with endoscopic treatment for gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods 98 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were selected in a hospital from June 2010 to June 2013, and divided into the control group（endoscopic treatment of coagulation）and the observation group（smecta combine with endoscopic treatment）randomly. The two groups were compared with each other in hemostatic time, blood transfusion, hospitalization time, etc. Result The observation group was significantly differnt with the control group. The difference was statistically significant.（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combining with endoscopic treatment for gastric ulcer bleeding can shorten hemostatic time, reduce the amount of blood transfusion and the duration of hospitalization time significantly.
