摘　　要：目的:探讨骨髓穿刺细胞形态学检查对以长期不明原因发热(fever of unknown origin,FUO)为主要临床表现的淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析行骨髓穿刺涂片细胞形态学检查并最终经病理检查确诊为淋巴瘤的13例FUO患者的临床资料。结果:13例淋巴瘤患者中,男性5例、女性8例,中位年龄59岁。13例患者的骨髓穿刺涂片细胞形态学检查结果显示,其骨髓中均出现幼稚淋巴样细胞;患者均经病理检查确诊为淋巴瘤,其中B细胞淋巴瘤10例,T细胞淋巴瘤3例。结论:骨髓穿刺涂片细胞形态学检查对以FUO为主要临床表现的淋巴瘤的诊断和鉴别具有重要价值。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of bone marrow cytology analysis in lymphoma patients with fever of unknow origin （FUO） presented as the main clinical manifestation.Methods：The clinical datum of 13 lymphoma patients finally diagnosed by pathological biopsy whose bone marrow aspiration smears were detected were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The 13 cases included 5 males and 8 females,with mean age of 59 years.Prolymphocytes were found in bone marrow aspiration smears of all 13 cases.Pathological biopsy results showed that the 13 patients included 10 cases of B-cell lymphoma and 3 cases of T-cell lymphoma.Conclusions：Cytological-morphological analysis of bone marrow smears is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lymphoma with FUO as main clinical manifestation.
