摘 要:目的了解荆州市不同来源副溶血性弧菌毒力基因分布特征,建立其分子分型数据基础,为控制副溶血性弧菌对人类的危害提供科学依据。方法对荆州市从水产品和环境中分离的81株以及食物中毒分离的3株副溶血性弧菌进行tlh、trh、tdh、ureC和T3SS2(vsC2、vcrD2)等基因分布分析,挑取33株进行PFGE分子分型研究。结果 81株食源性和环境分离株tlh基因全部阳性,其余基因均未检出;3株食物中毒分离株的tlh、tdh和T3SS2(vsC2、vcrD2)等4个基因均为阳性,未检出trh和ureC基因;33株菌共生成30个PFGE图普型,按照69.9%cut-off值分为八大聚类,主要集中在A聚类和C聚类。结论荆州市水产品及其环境中致病性副溶血性弧菌污染不是很严重;食物中毒分离株携带多种毒力基因;tlh基因可以用于副溶血性弧菌的检测鉴定;环境中的副溶血性弧菌亲缘关系较远,呈现遗传多样性。Objective To understand the virulent genotype distribution of the vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from different sources in Jingzhou, and to establish data basis of molecular classification, so as to provide scientific basis for controlling the harm of vibrio parahaemolyticus to human. Methods Eighty - one vibrio parahaerrtolyticus isolates from aquatic products and intermediate links and 3 vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from food poisoning were collected to analyze the distribution of tlh, trh, tdh, ureC and T3SS2 ( vsC2, vcrD2), in which 33 strains were selected for molecular classification by PFGE. Results In 81 isolates from aquatic products and intermediate links, the tlh gene was positive in all the isolates, while the other genes were not detected; In 3 isolates from food poisoning, tlh, tdh and T3SS2(vsC2, vcrD2) were positive, while trh and ureC were not detected; 33 strains for molecular classification covered 30 PFGE types, and they were divided into 8 clusters according to the 69.9% cutoff values, mainly A clustering and C clustering. Conclusion In Jingzhou, the pathogenic Vp contamination was not serious in aquatic products and their surrounding environment; lip isolates from food poisoning carried a variety of virulence genes; tlh gene can be used for detection and identification of Vp; lip isolates from the environment showed genetic polymor- phism, indicating the distant genetic relationship.
