摘 要:目的了解广东省从动物性食品中分离出来的致泻性大肠埃希氏菌的耐药情况。方法采用纸片扩散法,对70株来源于动物性食品的致泻性大肠埃希氏菌进行16种常规抗生素的药敏检测。结果 70株菌对氨苄西林、左旋氧氟沙星、四环素、氯霉素、复方新诺明这五种抗生素普遍存在耐药,而且生禽肉的耐药情况比生畜肉更严重。在广东的四个地区中,珠三角地区耐药情况最严重。70株菌中,对5种或5种以上抗生素耐药的多重耐药株有42株,占总检出的60%。结论广东省来源于动物性食品的大肠埃希氏菌耐药情况比较严重,需要加强对致泻性大肠埃希氏菌耐药性的监测。Objective To study the antibiotic resistance of diarrheagenic E. coli isolated from animal foods in Guangdong prov- ince. Methods Disk diffusion technique was used to evaluate the drug resistance of 70 strains of diarrheagenic E. coli isolates from animal foods to 16 kinds of commonly - used antibiotics. Results All the 70 strains of diarrheagenic E. coli were resistant to ampicillin, levofloxacin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol an^t cotrimoxazole, respectively. The resistance rate was higher in poultry than that in domestic animal foods. Diarrheagenic E. coli resistance was most serious in Pearl River Delta in Guangdong province, 42 strains of diarrheagenic E. coli were found resistant to 5 or more than 5 antibiotics in all strains, accounting for 60%. Conclusion Diarrheagenic E. coli from animal foods were highly resistant to common antibiotics in Guangdong prov- ince, so it is necessary to strengthen surveillance of the antibiotic susceptibility of diarrheagenic E. coll.
