微型接骨板在下颌骨髁状突骨折治疗中应用

摘　　要：目的　观察微型接骨板内固定治疗髁状突中低位骨折的临床效果。方法　经耳前或颌下切口复位髁状突后用微型接骨板内固定治疗中低位髁状突骨折 12例。结果　牙合关系良好 ,开口度大于 3.0cm12例 ,无下颌偏斜畸形现象出现 ,颞下颌关节弹响 1例。X线摄片显示下颌骨髁状突形态良好 ,无移位及破坏吸收现象。 3例术后出现暂时性面神经颞支颧支功能部分障碍。结论　微型接骨板内固定是治疗髁状突中低位骨折的良好方法 ,固定稳定可靠 ,可免除颌间牵引或缩短颌间牵引的时间 ,有利于关节结构和功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of miniature steel plate in interfixing way to treat median and inferior condylicus fracture. Methods Miniature steel plate was used in 12 cases to interfix median and inferior condylicus fracture after making a anterior auricular or submaxillary cut to replace condylicus fracture. Results 12 cases had good occlusion, the degree of opening mouth was more than 3.0 cm. 1 case had temporomandibular joint snap and no hemiprognathism. X rag showed good condylicus contour, no transposition, no bone absorption. Part of temporary functional disorder of zygomatico facial and temporal branches appeared in 3 cases.Conclusion Interfixational with miniature steel plate is a good method in treating median and inferior condylicus fracture, It is stable and practicable. It can avoid intermaxillary elastic traction or reduce traction time, it is good for joint function and structure to recover.
