摘  要:目的 :探讨载脂蛋白 E(apo E)基因多态性与脑梗死发病年龄的关系。方法 :脑梗死患者按年龄 5 5岁为界分为早发性脑梗死与普通脑梗死 ,和对照组分别以聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度分析法 (PCR- RFL P)检测 apo E基因型。结果 :对照组 apo E基因以 ε3/ 3最多 ,其次 ε2 / 3,二组脑梗死也以 ε3/ 3最多 ,但其次为 ε3/ 4。二组病例 ε3/ 4基因型、ε4等位基因频率均显著高于对照组 ,其中尤以早发性脑梗死组为突出 ,且早发性脑梗死组 ε4等位基因频率明显高于普通脑梗死组。结论 :Apo E ε4基因是脑梗死的危险因素 。Objective: To study the relation between ploymorphism of apolipoprotein(apo) E gene and the age with onset in cerebral infarction.Methods: 36 early-onset and 39 non-early-onset patients with cerebral infarction, and 40 normal controls were included. polymerase chain reaction(PCR), Hha Ⅰ digestion, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and silver staining were used for the detection of apo E genotype.Results: The results showed that the apo E ε3/4 genotype frequency and ε4 allele frequency of the two group patients was higher than that of normal controls, and what is more, there was significant difference in ε 4 allele frequencies between the early-onset(29.16%) and non-early-onset patients(15.38%) with cerebral infarction.Conclusion: The results suggested that apo E allele could be regarded as a risk factor for the cerebral infarction, and may make the age of onset earlier.
