肺癌患者生命质量测定研究概况

摘　　要：较全面地报道肺癌患者的患病情况、生命质量量表研究及其生命质量测评应用状况。结果表明 :(1)有50多种量表用于肺癌患者生命质量测定 ,但较好的是EORTCQLQ_C30和QLQ_LC13、FACT、FLIC等。(2)肺癌患者的生命质量测评主要用于 :评价肺癌治疗效果 ,选择治疗方案 ;筛选抗癌药 ;In this paper,the prevalence of lung cancer,the research on measurement and application for quality of life (QOL) in patients with lung cancer were reviewed.The results showed that:(1)more than 50 instruments were used to measure QOL for patients with lung cancer,EORTC QLQ_C30 and QLQ_LC13,FACT,FLIC were better ones among them;(2)QOL measurement were mainly applied to evaluate and select regimens,select anti-cancer drugs and to analyze prognosis and survival for patients with lung cancer.
