摘　　要：卒中是一类发病率、致残率和死亡率均很高的神经系统疾病,已成为全球性公共卫生问题.目前,世界各国的卒中疾病负担均呈上升趋势.文章综述了卒中造成的人群健康危害程度以及疾病经济负担的评价.Stroke is a type of neurological disease with high morbidity,disability,and mortality.It has become a global public health problem.At present,the stroke burden in countries around the world has shown an upward trend.This article reviews the extent of population health hazards caused by stroke,as well as the evaluation of economic burden of the disease.
