摘　　要：导尿是临床常用的基础护理技术操作。为预防因导尿引起的泌尿系感染 ,复习有关文献并结合自己的临床实践 ,总结导尿困难的常用对策 ,同时从预防感染角度提出了尿管及导尿途径的选择及导尿与拔管最佳时机的把握 。Urethral catheterization is a common clinical manipulation in basic nursing.By summarizing their clinical experience and reviewing the related literature,the authors emphasize the importance of the material and type of catheter and option for the way of catheterization in preventing infection.In addition, optimal opportunity for catheterization and decatheterization is also important in reducing patient's suffering.
