摘　　要：聘用护士作为军队医院的一个特殊群体 ,其思想状况、工作安心及自我认知程度等 ,关系着医院的形象、声誉及护理质量。我们采用问卷及单独访谈的形式 ,对 96名聘用护士进行了调查 ,结果显示 :绝大多数人对医院的管理满意或较满意 ;有 97.9%的人对部队的纪律约束能够适应 ;有 89.6 %的人对护理职业表示热爱 ,79.2 %的人认为目前的工作与理想基本吻合 ,但对前途比较担忧占82 .3%。她们对自身的评价与认知是健康向上的 ,对自身归属感的态度是正确的。医院应把握主动 ,理顺关系 ,正视现实 ,研究可行性的聘用护士管理办法 ;加强培训、提高素质 。Employed nurses form a special group in military hospitals,their ideological status and work contentment and self cognition relate to the image and prestige and nursing quality of a hospital.We adopted the questionnaire and interview forms to investigate 96 contract nurses.The result showed that most of them were satisfied with management of the hospitals,97.9% were able to adapt themselves to the military discipline,89.6% loved their jobs,79.2% thought that their present jobs tally with their ideals and 82.3% had apprehension about their future.The hospital should take initiative to workout feasible administrative and training methods for contract nurses.
