自然风光型景区的低碳舒适度研究——以世界遗产地丹霞山为例

摘　　要：基于低碳理念,通过问卷调查、专家咨询等方法,构建由目标层、结构层和测量层组成的景区低碳舒适度评价指标体系,利用三角模糊数方法确定了各指标的权重,并以世界遗产地广东丹霞山为例进行了实证研究,旨在引导景区往低碳、舒适方向发展,促进景区的可持续发展.结果表明:旅游资源观赏游憩价值、空气质量、卫生满意程度、服务质量满意度等四项指标对景区低碳舒适度的建设影响较大,景区要更多的关注"软服务"质量的建设;丹霞山景区的低碳舒适建设质量整体上较好,但在旅游交通、旅游食宿、旅游管理等方面的建设质量则为一般,在以后的发展与建设过程中,丹霞山景区应注意这些问题,努力建设成为既低碳又舒适的旅游景区.Based on the idea of low-carbon and the ways of questionnaire survey and consulting experts, the appraisal index system of the low-carbon and comfort degree in tourism scenery was built in the study, and the weight of each index was defined by the way of triangular fuzzy number as well. At last, the world heritage of Danxiashan mountain was studied as a case. The results show that enjo- ying value of tourism resource, quality of air, comfort degree of environmental sanitation, and quality of service are very important for the building of low-carbon and comfort scenic zone. The integral quality of low-carbon and comfort in Danxiashan mountain is good, but some indexes such as tourism traffic, board and lodging of tourism, and tourism administration are not satisfactory. Such aspects are should drawn attention for better development, and we should make Danxiashan mountain to be a low-carbon and comfort scenic zone in the future.
