摘  要:在城轨车辆维修可靠性优化建模问题的研究中,城市轨道车辆是一类故障形式复杂的机电系统,出现故障随机性强。针对传统的周期确定方法大多没有充分考虑系统故障规律对维修周期的影响,提出一种以可靠性为中心的周期优化模型。首先根据海因里希安全法则得到关键系统故障的定量化形式;其次针对故障数据的量化特征,采用可靠性增长模型并引入役龄回退因子的概念,求得系统在进行预防性维修时的可靠度函数;最后构建以可靠度为约束条件,以维修总成本最小为目标的预防性维修周期优化模型。实验结果表明,提出模型可真实反映故障规律与维修周期的动态关系并节约维修成本约10%。Metro vehicles is a certain type of electromechanical system with complex failure modes, and the traditional methods for determining the cycle do not take full account of the effect of failure modes. This paper presented an optimization model of the vehicle preventive maintenance cycle based on reliability. Firstly, the fault types were quantified in accordance with the Heinrich safety rule. Then, the AMSAA model was used to analyze the censored time fault data. The fault distribution model was built up concerning with the concept of service age reduction factor. Finally, the cycle optimization model was established, which takes cost as optimization object and reliability as con- strain. The result shows that compared with the traditional cycle, the maintenance cost of the system can be reduced after considering the form of failure.
