摘　　要：通过对大连市特殊功能区——文教区中10所高校的调查分析,构建了基于政府客观统计数据的人居环境质量与学生主观认知的人居环境满意度评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法与层次分析法对主客观数据进行了分析对比。结果表明,人居环境具有价值性与宜居性,大连市高校人居环境满意度总体较高,人居环境质量参差不齐,但二者之间具有很高的一致性,且与大连市高校发展现状相符;人居环境具有系统性与整体性,单一属性对高校人居环境质量与人居环境满意度并不起主导作用;人居环境具有区域性与变化性,高校人居环境质量与人居环境满意度既存在区际差异,也存在区内差异,且不同高校内部各个子系统之间的差异也较为显著。Based on the investigation of 10 universities in urban special functional area,namely cultural and educational area of Dalian City,the evaluation index system of human settlements quality derived from the objective government statistics and the evaluation index system of satisfaction derived from subjective students' cognition are constructed. Principal Component Analysis( PCA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) are used to synthetically analyze the system data. The following conclusion are achieved by comparing the objective and subjective evaluation results: Firstly,human settlements with the real value and habitability,generally the satisfaction of 10 universities is high and human settlements quality varied,while both of them have the very high consistency,and the results are consistent with the current development situation of universities in Dalian; Secondly,human settlements have the complicated integrity and systemic,any single attribute cannot play a leading role when evaluating human settlements quality and satisfaction; Thirdly, human settlements have obvious regional and variability,human settlements quality and satisfaction contain interregional differences as well as zone differences,and the internal differences between subsystems of each university is also significant.
