摘  要:采用ANSYS模拟探讨了S45C钢轴类零件在相同加载参数下截面的变化对其感应加热温度场的影响。模拟结果表明,尖锐化的零件部位温度会过高;尖角的角度越缓,尖角效应越不明显,零件距感应器的间隙逐渐成为影响温度分布的主要因素。应用这一结论,通过对零件的尖角部位倒圆角,使尖角变缓,同时增加了尖角部位间距,能减缓尖角效应。Under the same loading parameters, the effect of variable cross-section of S45C steel shaft on temperature field distribution was discussed during the induction heating process through ANSYS finite element method. It is indicated that the temperature in the sharp angle parts of shafts is relatively higher; the obtuse angle of sharps will weaken the corner effect and the gap between shaft and conductor will gradually become to the main factor influencing the temperature distribution. By use of this conclusion, corner effect can be weakened through chamfering which will make the sharp angle become obtuse and increase the gap.
