27例胃平滑肌肿瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：胃平滑肌肿瘤临床表现不典型，术前确诊困难。笔者收集我院１９６０年８月～１９９８年１２月手术切除病理证实胃平滑肌肿瘤 ２７例，提出胃镜、上消化道钡餐及ＣＴ等检查三者结合，可望提高术前确诊率；并对本病的鉴别诊断问题进行分析和讨论。The clinical symptom of leiomoma or leimyosarcoma of stomach isn't typical and is absence of excellent examination, so it is difficult for us to ensure it before operation. In this issue we collected 27 patients with leiomyoma or leimyosarcoma of stomach that had operated from August 1960 to December 1998, and suggested that uniting the examination of gasrofiberscopy, barium meal of uper gasstrointestinal tract and CT. could increase the rate of diagnosis before operation. In this issue we talked about the problem of D. D(different diagnosis), such as leiomyoma with leiomyosarcoma, Leiomyosarcoma with pressure of organ and tumor out of stomach.
