摘　　要：《周易》之"孚"为守正、虚中,即内心不存私望的笃实中信。这种品性与力量,不仅是个体自身存在与发展的条件,也是凝聚人心、团结群类的的基础,同时它又为权威之本,是推动社会前行的内在力量。The meanings offu 孚 in the Zhou Changes include keeping justice, modesty and honesty without selfish desire, the essence of which is sincerity in accordance with the Duo （Way） of heaven and mental status and behavior out of constancy of purpose. Such quality and power are not only the premise for one ＇ s getting along in the society, but also the foundation for the coherence of hu- man hearts and uniting the masses. In addition, they are also the root for forming one＇ s authority and the prime elements to prompt the development of the society
