摘　　要：科技型中小企业在提高我国的科技水平和创新能力方面发挥了重要作用,但由于其规模小、抗风险能力弱等特点,因此普遍存在"融资难"的问题。科技型中小企业结合自身优势进行知识产权证券化融资是破解融资难的创新方式。对科技型中小企业知识产权证券化中组合资产的选择进行分析,并着重运用资产组合理论对科技型中小企业知识产权证券化中的资产组合构建过程进行深入研究。Small and Medium - Sized Enterprises （SMEs） play an important role in improving the level of Chinese science and technology and innovation ability. But because they have the characteristics of small scale and weak anti - risk ability, they face the common problem of financing difficulties. Intellectual property securitization is an innovative way of financing for SMEs, combined with their own advantages. We focus our discussion on the selection of infrastructure assets of intellec- tual property securitization and also do a detailed research on how to use the theory of portfolio to construct assets portfolio in intellectual property securitization of SMEs.
