摘  要:从对象的基本工作原理出发,建立了一类可以正确反映汽轮机外特征和级间参数分布的集总参数模型。模型采用基元级理论将汽轮机内蒸汽的三维流动简化为以流线为坐标的一维流动,从而避免了复杂三维流场的计算问题,保证了仿真的实时性。以某型船用多级汽轮机为例对模型进行验证,通过仿真结果和实测值的对比,证明模型能够真实地反映实际对象的稳态与动态特性,具有较高的计算精度,可以为汽轮机的性能分析、运行及控制优化提供一定的帮助。Based on the basic working principles of steam turbine, a segemented lumped parameter model that could accurately reflect output characteristics and parameter distribution between interstages of steam turbine was established. Primitive stage theory was adopted to simplify the three-dimensional flow of steam within the turbine into the streamline coordinated one-dimensional flow, thus avoid the complex calculation of three-dimensional flow field. A certain type marine multi-stage steam turbine was taken as an instance to verify the model, and the comparing results between the simulation values and measured data show that the established model which possesses a good precision, can factually reflect the steady and dynamic characteristics of simulation objects, and thus can be used as the basis for the performance analysis, operation optimization and control strategy development of steam turbines.
