摘  要:通用的级联型H桥多电平高压逆变器一般采用载波移相SPWM和错时采样SVPWM技术。基于对多电平PWM控制仿真模型的构建及分析,针对这两种技术共有的占用系统资源多和实时性差等缺点,提出一种新型简化多电平PWM技术——单元矢量延时叠加PWM(Overlap time staggered PWM,OTS-PWM)技术,并总结出相应的PWM调制规律。分别对OTS-SPWM和OTS-SVPWM调制技术的仿真实现,表明了本方法能够显著降低了运算复杂度,且实时性好,并验证OTS-PWM技术的有效性和通用性,及其在级联多电平PWM领域的广阔应用前景。The Carrier phase-shifted SPWM and Sampling time staggered SVPWM are applied to the universal cascade H-bridge multi-level high voltage inverters. With the building of multi-level PWM controlling simulation model, the two PWMs' disadvantages including more CPU resource requirement and poor real-time were studied. A new simplified multi-level PWM, named the unit vector overlap time staggered PWM, was proposed. The corresponding PWM modulation ruler was concluded. The simulations of OTS-SPWM and OTS-SVPWM were realized. And these results show that this method is able to reduce the complex and has better real-time. The OTS-PWM's universality and effectiveness illustrate its widely application in multi-level PWM fields.
