老年人生命质量与社会支持和家庭婚姻状况的相关性——以新疆农村维吾尔族老年人调查为例

摘　　要：通过采用老年人一般情况问卷、sF一8生命质量量表和社会支持量表对农村维吾尔族老年人进行入户面对面问卷询问调查。调查结果显示，农村维吾尔族老年人的生命质量受到老年人自身的社会支持和家庭婚姻状况的影响，无论是老年人的社会支持各维度得分还是社会支持总分，均与生命质量的生理健康总评维度得分、心理健康总评维度得分和生命质量总分呈正相关（r=0．113-0．306，P〈O．05），且不同家庭婚姻状况的老年人之间的生命质量总分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Through the use of the elderly＇s general situation questionnaire, SF--8 quality of life scale and social support rating scale on the rural Uygur elderly people with method of face-to face questionnaire investigation. The results showed that the quality of life of elderly people was affected by theirs social support and family or marriage situation. Whether the each dimension scores of social support or total scores were all positively correlated with the scores of physical component summary, mental component summary and the quality of life＇s total scores （r=0. 113-0. 306, P〈0.05）, the differences of quality of life scores between different elderly＇s family and marriage situation was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
