摘　　要：针对目前现有的铁路客运站信息服务系统存在的系统整合和改造困难等问题,建立了基于SOA和工作流技术的系统架构,设计了完善的系统功能和全新的数据集成方案。研究了系统实现的关键技术,提出了一套完整的基于SOA和工作流的铁路客运站管理系统,最大限度地重用了已有的业务资源和数据资源,满足了客运业务管理和旅客服务的需求,解决了现有系统分散和功能不完善等问题,实现了业务流程创新,具有安全性高、扩展性强等特征。通过实验验证了该系统的正确性。该系统效果良好,提高了服务质量和工作效率。Aiming at the existing system disadvantages of integration, restructuring, transformation difficulties, the system ar chitecture based on SOA and workflow is proposed. The system perfect function and the data integration scheme are designed. And some key technologies in the system are discussed. The comprehensive management system of railway passenger station based on SOA workflow is put forward. Then the business resources and data of existing system are used to a maximum extent. And the service and management requirements of passenger and station are fulfilled. In the system, the problems of decentraliza- tion and imperfect function are solved and the business process innovation is accomplished. The system has the characters of high security, scalability and so on. It is proved to be efficient according to the experiment and site implementation. The service quali- ty and efficiency are improved.
