摘 要:目的通过测量中国撒拉族正常牙合青少年临床牙冠中心高度来分析托槽在不同人群间的定位高度。方法对青海省循化县寄宿制高中在校生963人进行的普查,严格挑选出个别正常牙合67名,其中男性43名,平均年龄16.7岁,女性24名,平龄年龄17.2岁。制取全口牙颌模型,使用精确到0.01mm的游标卡尺进行临床牙冠中心高度的测量,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果①中国撒拉族正常牙合青少年的临床牙冠中心高度呈正态分布且标准差较小(P<0.05);②撒拉族正常牙合青少年男女间各同名牙临床牙冠中心高度测量值有明显的性别差异(P<0.05)。结论测量结果可为临床提供一套适合于撒拉族人群的临床牙冠中心托槽定位粘贴的高度参考值。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the positioning height of bracket of different populations by measuring the normal occlusion teeth center height of clinical crowns of Salar adolescents. Methods Through the survey to 963 boarding high school students from Xunhua County, Qinghai province, 67 individual normal occlusions were strictly selected (43 male objects, with an average age of 16.7 years old and 24 female with an average age of 17.2 years old). Full dentition jaw models were made to measure the clinical tooth crown center height by using the vernier calipers with the accuracy of 0.01mm.The results was analyzed statistically. Results ①The center height of clinical crowns of Salar adolescents presents normal distribution and standard deviation was small (P〈0.5mm) ; ②There was significant gender difference on the teeth center height in clinical crowns of the same from both sides of the Salar adolescents (P〈0.05). Conclusion The results could provide references for suitable bracket positioning of center height of clinical crown of Salar.
