摘 要:目的通过比较纯钛表面不同处理方法对SD大鼠成骨细胞生长的影响,探讨更有利于成骨细胞生长的种植体表面的处理方法。方法制备直径10mm、厚度1mm,Ra0.8μm的纯钛片,按表面处理方法分为三组,A组:TiO2喷砂双重酸蚀组,B组:Al2O3喷砂双重酸蚀组,C组:光滑组。将体外培养的SD大鼠成骨细胞分别接种于各组钛片表面,扫描电镜观察成骨细胞形态与分布,MTT法测定各组钛片表面成骨细胞的增殖活性。结果三组钛片表面的成骨细胞均形成重叠生长的细胞层,MTT法测得光密度值A组>B组>C组(P<0.05)。A组和B组钛片表面成骨细胞的增殖活性均好于C组。A组钛片表面成骨细胞的增殖活性好于B组。结论喷砂粗化双重酸蚀表面处理的纯钛表面有利于SD大鼠成骨细胞的粘附生长,且TiO2喷砂处理更优。Objective The purpose of this study was to find a proper surface treatment to growth of osteoblasts of SD rats by comparing the effect of three different pure titanium surface treatments in vitro. Methods Pure titanium discs were prepared with 10ram in diameter, lmm thickness and 0.81~m roughness. These discs were divided into 3 groups, group A (TiO2 particle blasting and double acid-etched), group B (A1203 particle blasting and double acid-etched), group C (untreated group). The osteoblasts of SD rats were cultured and respectively vaccinated on three group titanium surfaces. The morphology and distribution of osteoblasts on three group titanium surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). MTT assay were used to measure the proliferative activity of osteohlasts on three group titanium surfaces. Results The osteoblasts of the three group titanium formed the overlapping cells. The results of MTT assay was that integrated optical density of group A was more than that of group B and that of group B was more than that of group C (P〈0.05). The proliferative activities of group A and group B were better than that of group C. The proliferative activity of group A was better than that of group B. Conclusion Grit-blasting and double acid-etching treatment are profit to adhesion and growth of osteoblasts of SD rats. TiO2 particles sandblasted and double acid-etched treatment is the best of the three treatments.
