摘  要:目的调查中学生群体中角膜接触镜、美瞳的使用情况及中学生对角膜接触镜、氉美瞳的认知程度。方法对武汉市中学生群体进行随机抽样问卷调查,共收集759例,分为未配戴组(581例)和配戴组(178例)。调查其视力情况、对角膜接触镜认知情况及配戴情况。结果中学生近视率高达77.47%,其中64.12%与长时间面对视频终端相关。配戴组对角膜接触镜配戴方法认知程度(34.29%)高于未配戴组(14.10%),但中学生对角膜接触镜认知程度普遍不高;调查群体中配戴组仅23.81%配戴时严格卫生操作,配戴群体中40.24%反映配戴后有可感的不适症状,其中5.92%反映影响了学习、生活。结论中学生在角膜接触镜配戴过程中健康意识较差,对角膜接触镜认知不足,但配戴组认知程度高于未配戴组,对角膜接触镜配戴认知上存在偏差,可能促使各种并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the applications and perceptions about cor- neal contact lens in the middle school students groups. Methods This study was based on a random sample survey to middle school students in Wuhan. The survey in- cluded a total of 759 cases,divided into group A (581 cases)who didn't wear contact lenses and group B ( 178 cases) who wore. The visual acuity of the current middle school students and their perceptions about contact lenses were investigated. Results Myopia rate in middle school students was as high as 77.47% ,and 64.12% of them were connected with the video terminal. Wearing group ( 34.29% ) had a better percep- tion about contact lenses compared to group without wearing ( 14. 10% ), but they all dldn't have a well cognition. Only 23.81% of students in wearing group enforced strict- ly according to the requirements when wearing contact lenses,40.24% had a sense of discomfort after wearing, in which 5.92% indicated the discomfort had influenced their studies and lives. Conclusion Many middle school students has misunderstandings a- bout contact lenses with poor healthy consciousness, but the perceptions in wearing group are higher than that in group without wearing. And the deviation in perception of contact lens may lead some complications.
