摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌组织FoxP3、TGF-β1的表达和上皮间质转化(EMT)的相互关系及其临床意义。方法:免疫组织化学法检测74例乳腺癌组织中FoxP3、TGF-β1、E-Cadherin、N-Cadherin、Vimentin和Fibronectin的表达情况,分析乳腺癌FoxP3蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系,以及FoxP3、TGF-β1的表达和EMT发生之间的关系。结果:FoxP3与TGF-β1的表达率和EMT的发生率分别为36.5%(27/74)、39.2%(29/74)和40.5%(30/74)。乳腺癌FoxP3表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与其他临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。FoxP3和TGF-β1的表达之间存在相关性,而TGF-β1可以促进EMT发生(P<0.05)。结论:FoxP3的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移和EMT的发生相关,可能作为预测乳腺癌转移可能性的标记物。This study aims to investigate the correlation between the expression of FoxP 3, TGF-β 1, and epitheli -al-mesenchymal transition （EMT） in breast cancer and to determine the clinical significance of FoxP 3. Methods：The expression of FoxP3, TGF-β 1, E-Cadherin, N-Cadherin, Vimentin, and Fibronectin protein were detected in the cancer cells of 74cases with breast carcinoma via immunohistochemistry. The correlation of FoxP3 protein with clinico-pathologic features of breast carcinoma and the re-lationships among the expressions of FoxP 3, TGF-β 1, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition （EMT） were analyzed. Results： The expression rates of FoxP3, TGF-β 1, and EMT are 36.5% （27/74）, 39.2% （29/74）, and 40.5% （30/74）, respectively. The FoxP3 protein ex-pression in breast cancer is correlated with lymph node metastasis （ P〈0.05） but not with other clinico-pathological features （ P〉0.05）. The expression of FoxP 3 is also correlated with the expression of TGF-β 1. Furthermore, TGF-β 1 can induce EMT （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion：The expression of FoxP 3 is correlated with lymph node metastasis and EMT in breast cancer. Therefore, FoxP 3 may be a marker for predicting metastasis.
