摘  要:目的:探讨中医院开展中药炮制情境教学的效果与实践。方法:选取药学专业临床见习学生58名,分为试验组(30名)和对照组(28名)。对照组采用传统教学方法教学,试验组采用传统教学结合情境教学。教学结束后,考核两组学习成绩及试验组对情景教学法的评价。结果:教学结束后,两组学生的考核成绩均明显提高(P<0.01),且试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组学生认为情景教学法可活跃课堂气氛、整合知识链接、提高操作技能。结论:情境教学法可提高《中药炮制学》教学效果,增强炮制技能。Objective:To explore the effect and practice of situation teaching of Pharmaco-preparing Process in the universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Fifty-eight students were enrolled and divided into experimental group and control group.Twenty-eight students in control group were taught by traditional teaching method,and 30 cases in experimental group were taught by combination of traditional teaching method and situation method.Afterwards,the academic records of the two groups and effects of experimental group were evaluated.Results:The examination results of the two groups were improved markedly( P 0.01),and results in experimental group were better than that in control group( P 0.01).Students in experimental group viewed that situation teaching can active classroom atmosphere,integrate knowledge links and improve skills.Conclusion:Situation teaching can improve the effectiveness in the class and enhance students' preparation skills.
