摘　　要：正畸治疗结束后需要长期佩戴保持器来稳定治疗的效果。临床治疗中,正畸医师常用的有固定和活动保持器,而活动保持器中的透明压膜保持器是由1.0 mm厚的高分子材料的塑料膜片制作而成,具有美观、舒适和高效的特点,为大众所接受。该文就透明压膜保持器的适应证、保持的疗效、对牙的影响、制作方法及患者依从性等方面的研究进行综述。Orthodontic treatment effect is kept stable by long-term wearing retainers. In the clinical treat- ment, the fixed and removable retainers are commonly used by orthodontists, and the vacuum-formed retainers among the removable retainers are made from the plastic sheet of 1.0 mm thick high polymer,which have the features of aesthetic, comfortable and efficient and a high level of acceptance. Here is to make a review of the indication, retention curative effect, periodontal effects, making methods and patient compliance of vacuumformed retainers.
