摘　　要：腮腺基底细胞腺瘤多为腮腺区单发无痛性肿块,是一种少见的良性上皮源性肿瘤,但有4%的恶变率。腮腺基底细胞腺瘤大多边界清晰,内成分单一,部分肿瘤内可伴出血囊性变,肿瘤内部有丰富的线样内皮毛细血管和小静脉。腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的影像学表现也根据其病理特征有一定的特征性。该文就腮腺基底细胞腺瘤的临床、病理及影像诊断特征予以综述,并与病理对照,以提高对该病的认识及诊断。Basal cell adenoma of the parotid gland is a rare and painless benign tumor, with a malignant transformation rate of 4%. Most of BCA of parotid gland show well-defined borders,with single components, and the solid component may have cystic lesions ,with plenty of small capillaries and venules. The imaging of BCA of parotid gland is has a certain pathological features. Here is to make a review of the clinical, pathological and imaging characteristics of BCA of the parotid gland, to improve the recognition and diagnosis of the disease.
