摘 要:目的应用实时三维超声探讨犬左心室顿抑心肌收缩同步性的改变。材料与方法对12只犬于缺血前、缺血期间(5 min、15 min)及再灌注期间(30 min、60 min、90 min、120 min)行实时三维超声检查,采用3DQA软件分析左心室达最小容积时间(Tmsv)的最大差值(Tmsv-Dif)、标准差(Tmsv-SD)及各时间点Tmsv的最大差值和标准差的标化值。结果与缺血前相比,随缺血时间的延长,Tmsv-SD、Tmsv-Dif、Tmsv-SD%、Tmsv-Dif%逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随灌注时间的延长,Tmsv-SD、Tmsv-Dif、Tmsv-SD%、Tmsv-Dif%逐渐减低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论犬顿抑心肌随缺血时间的延长,非同步性越来越明显;随灌注时间的延长,其同步性逐渐恢复。Purpose To assess the changes of myocardial stunning of left ventricular systolic synchrony in dogs with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Materials and Methods Twelve dogs underwent ultrasound exainination before ischemia, during ischemia (at intervals of 5 rain and 15 min) and reperfusion period (at intervals of 30 rain, 60 rain, 90 min and 120 rain) with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Minimum volume time (Tmsv), standard deviation (Tmsv-SD) and the maximum different (Tmsv-Dit) at each time point were analyzed with 3DQA software. Results Compared with those before ischemia, Tmsv-SD, Tmsv-dif, Tmsv-SD% and Tmsv-dif% gradually increased along with the duration of ischemia (difference with statistic signilicance, P〈0.05); Tmsv-SD, Tmsv-dil, Tmsv-SD% and Tmsv-dif% gradually decreased along with the duration of perfusion time (difference with statistic significance, P〈0.05). Conclusion Asynchronization tends to be obvious along with the duration of ischemia, whilst the prolonging perfusion time may recover synchronization gradually.
