双气囊小肠镜治疗小肠疾病23例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价无痛双气囊小肠镜下内镜治疗小肠疾病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析23例行双气囊小肠镜下治疗小肠疾病患者的临床资料。结果 23例患者中,14例小肠血管畸形行镜下止血治疗,8例小肠息肉行息肉切除术,1例小肠异物取出术,无严重并发症发生。结论双气囊小肠镜下内镜治疗小肠疾病安全可行。Objective To evaluate the effect of painless double-balloon enteroscopy on intestinal diseases. Methods Twenty-three patients receiving double-balloon enteroscopy for intestinal diseases were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 23 patients, 14 received hemostatic intervention for intestinal vascular malformation, 8 received polypectomy for intestinal polyps, and 1 received enteroscopy for foreign body removal. No severe complications occurred. Conclusions Double-balloon enteroscopy is safe and feasible for intestinal diseases.
