摘  要:目的:研究磁力矫治器产生静磁场对SD大鼠面颌肌细胞增殖及细胞周期的影响。方法:将体外培养的第3代面颌肌细胞实验组加载磁场强度为971.77 mT的静磁场,对照组无磁场处理。用酶联免疫检测仪和流式细胞仪测定培养48 h和72 h后各组细胞的吸光度(A)值和细胞周期,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组A值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。细胞周期结果显示实验组G0/G1期比例比对照组低(P<0.05),S期和G2/M期细胞比例、PI值均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:磁力矫治器静磁场有促进面颌肌细胞增殖的作用,促进细胞由G0/G1期向S期、S期向G2/M期转化。Objective: To study the effects of simulating static magnetic field (SMF)of magnetic functional appliance (MFA) on the proliferation and the cell cycle distribution of SD rat~ maxillofacial skeletal muscle cells. Methods: SMF with magnetic field intensity of 971.77 mT was loaded on the muscle ceils of third passage. The control cells were not treated. Enzymes league immune detector and flow cytometry were applied to measure the optical absorption value(A) and the cell cycle distribution after 48 h and 72 h culture re- spectively. Data were statistically analysed. Results: The A values in experimental groups were higher than that in control groups(P 〈 O. 05). The cell cycle examination showed that in experimental groups the G0/G1 phase ratio was iower(P 〈 0.05 ), S phase and the G2/M ratio and PI were higher than in control groups (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion: The SMF of MFA may promote the cell proliferation of the maxillofacial muscle cells by transformation of the ceils cycle from Gn/G, to S phase and from S phase to GJM phase.
