摘 要:目的:探讨微波和水浴处理对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及双甲基丙烯酸复合树脂临时冠材料残留单体量的影响。方法:2种材料各制备50 mm×30 mm×2 mm长方体9个,分成3组。对照组不处理;微波组在500 W微波条件下处理3 min;水浴组在55℃水中恒温浸泡30 min。获取试件浸提液后用高效液相色谱仪检测残留单体量。结果:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料残留单体质量百分比:微波组(0.21%±0.07%)和水浴组(0.99%±0.17%)均小于对照组(2.60%±0.61%),组间两两比较P<0.01。双甲基丙烯酸复合树脂材料残留单体质量百分比3组皆小于0.10%。结论:微波和水浴处理可有效降低聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯残留单体量;双甲基丙烯酸复合树脂临时冠材料无需微波和水浴处理。Objective: To evaluate the effect of microwave or water-bath post-polymerization treatment on the residual monomer con- tent of two kinds of provisional restoration materials. Methods: 9 blocks ( 50 mm×30 mm× 2 mm) were prepared with polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) and bis-acryl composite resin(BCR) respectively following the manufacturer instructions. Each of the 9 blocks were divided into three groups( n = 3 ). Specimens in control group were not treated, in microwave group were treated with microwave irradiation for 3 minutes at 500 W, in water-bath group were submitted to immersion in water at 55 ~C for 30 minutes. The residual monomer was measured using high performance liquid chromatography. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by SNK test ( α = 0.05 ). Results: The residual monomer ( % ) of samples of PMMA in control, microwave and water- bath group was 2.60 ±0.61,0.21 ± 0.07 and 0.99±0.17 respectively( between each 2 groups, P 〈0.01 ) ; that of BCR was all less than 0.10%. Conclu- sion: The residual monomer content of PMMA may be reduced by microwave or water-bath post-polymerization treatment. That of BCR is very little and does not need to be removed.
